• Booking and enquiry details: when you book a tour, request a quote, or contact us through a form on this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, hotel/pickup location, and the details of your enquiry or booking.
• Payment information: tour bookings are processed through WooCommerce using PayPal (including card payments via PayPal’s checkout). We do not receive or store your full card number or PayPal login details — these are collected and processed directly by PayPal under its own privacy policy (https://www.paypal.com/privacy). We retain order records (what was booked, amount paid, order date) as needed for bookkeeping and customer service.
• Newsletter/marketing: if you subscribe to updates from us, we collect your email address for that purpose and use it only to send you information you’ve asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• Comments and reviews: if you leave a comment on the site, we collect the content of the comment along with your IP address and browser user-agent to help with spam detection.
• Automatically collected data: like most websites, our server and analytics tools automatically log some technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring site.
